Switch Instagram’s Linked Facebook Page

I need a quick hand inside Meta Business Suite / Accounts Centre. At the moment my Instagram profile is tied to my personal Facebook page; I want it linked instead to one of the other pages that already sits in the same Facebook account. Both platforms are equally important to me, so the swap must keep all existing followers, insights and ad configurations intact.
