The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, growing, and managing our online community across various platforms. You will engage with our users, foster a positive community environment, and help us achieve our mission of transforming the EV charging experience. Also, we will be responsible to create engagement content for our social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies.
- Manage and moderate our social media channels, forums, and other community platforms.
- Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Respond to community inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and participate in online and offline events to boost community engagement.
- Analyze community metrics and provide insights to improve our community strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community management.
- Passion for the EV industry and sustainable technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Creative, proactive, and able to think outside the box.
