Starting, Managing and Marketing a YouTube channel for an Optometrist

I'm looking to start, manage, and market a YouTube channel for an optometrist. My goal with the channel is to educate viewers about eye health , but I also wish create additional practice and brand awareness.
Although I'm not sure what the best way is to market the channel, I will be utilizing PPC Ads, Social Media Ads, and Video SEO. I plan on uploading new videos twice a month. My initial goal is to achieve 1000 subscribers to the channel.
