I'm seeking a dedicated speaker agent to help me book and promote speaking engagements at various events.
My talks span a cross-section of subjects, including:

- Innovation Management: Encouraging Creative Thinking
Ideal candidates should possess:
- Strong marketing and promotional skills
- Excellent networking capabilities
- Prior experience in event booking and scheduling
- Familiarity with the topics I cover will be a plus
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Strategically promoting my speaking engagements
- Efficiently coordinating and scheduling events
- Leveraging your network to secure high-profile opportunities

My target region for engagements is North America, and my primary target is corporate events. The goal is to book 1-2 speaking engagements each month. The budget will be 20% of collected speaking fees (minus expenses).
I will provide a detailed professional bio for promotional purposes and a link to my TEDx Talk and website.
In addition to corporate events, academic conferences and business events are other preferred types of engagement. The speaker agent will provide minimal content guidance, mainly focusing on booking and promotion.
