Spanish-Speaking Real Estate Lead Funnel

I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a Facebook and Instagram lead funnel aimed at both buyer and seller leads (potentially direct to agent marketing as well). The target audience is Spanish-speaking homebuyers/sellers in Arizona. The funnel should feature:
- Auto follow-up via text/email to set appointments(preferably in Spanish)
- Integration with Followup Boss CRM if possible
I will be using video, text, and photo content for lead generation. I am open to suggestions as to what is the best method of advertising and content creation. I'm looking for consistent buyer/seller leads with a strong focus on conversion.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven track record in real estate lead generation
- Fluency in Spanish
- Expertise in social media marketing, especially on Facebook and Instagram
