Social media posts for real estate investing networking /event company

I got a new client that I'll be managing their social media, and I need copy for FB and IG. I need ten short posts every month for this client. There will be two weekly posts (8-10 posts a month). The client is a real estate investing/wholesaler influencer hosting network events for real estate investors/wholesalers every two months in the Portland area. They are trying to attract more people to their events and grow their Instagram qualified followers. (I do managed paid ads as well for this client and will probably need ads copy as well that we can discuss later)
