Requirements:
Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain Facebook, TikTok and Instagram accounts
- At least two posts per week on each platform
- Create and schedule engaging and relevant content
- We have existing templates which can be used/modified in the beginning
- Regularly analyze and report on social media performance
- Stay up to date with current trends and best practices in social media marketing
Newsletter Management:
- Utilize existing newsletter or email list to create weekly newsletters
- Curate and create compelling content for newsletters to be sent using MailChimp
- Design visually appealing and mobile-friendly newsletters
- Implement email marketing strategies to increase open and click-through rates
- Monitor and analyze newsletter performance and make data-driven improvements
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Familiarity with Facebook, TikTok and Instagram platforms
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and tools
- Proficiency in graphic design and MailChimp email marketing software
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to optimize performance
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work independently
