Social media marketing for a realtor, active, pending, and sold listings
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I would like some one to use my listings, my pictures and create social media postings with the pictures and advertise Active, Pending and sold listings I have and continue to get. I like to post to Facebook and Instagram and links to me and my website www.Flhomesintreasurecoast.com
This one just sold yesterday and I like to let everyone know I closed on a listing and to use me if they want their house sold. I don't want to go back and forth with a freelancer. Just create something easy simple that I can use on different platforms of social media. I am thinking of a red banner going across the homes picture indicating its status. this one would be sold, I am thinking on a angle in left corner red with white of black letters "SOLD" This is a Face book link to a friend and competitor in my area.
