Social media marketing agency

Hello,

I'm working on building my agency LEAmedia to a new level and looking for a contractor to work with me.

The aim for LEAmedia is to simply deliver breathtaking results to our clients and a little more. At my agency I like to be known for my good results, passion and hard working ethic. For this to work I would need someone who is willing to build up the company with me as a contractor. It's important to me that we are really proactive and make sure that our clients are satisfied.

Qualifications i'm looking for:

- preferably someone who is able to write in swedish
- Have experience in running ads on Facebook and Instagram.
- Is hard working and knows what to do in order to get results.
- Someone that enjoys the processes of delivering good results for clients.
- preferably someone that has experience in certain niches such as (gym, dental clinics)
- Able to generate good ROAS not just for a day but more consistently.
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

When working with me it's important that we communicate as much as we need in order to make the results happen. I want the work to seem effortless and the easiest way to do that is to have lots of communication if needed of course.

The pay will differ from each client and of course what we agree on.
