Social media manager needed for my eShop

I'm looking for a social media expert to manage the Facebook & Instagram accounts for my eShop. I have a budget and would like a wizard to manage the following:
- Weekly Scheduled Story and Static Posts
- Manage paid ads
- Account Management
- Market Research
- Encourage Engagement through each scheduled post
- Supply monthly reports (ie. improvements, progression, growth)
- Post 3-7 days a week
I have a graphics design background so I will be feeding you content. All you need to do is manage/schedule posts when live!
My KPIs are engagement, brand awareness & encouraging users to buy my products.
Lastly, I hope to find a great candidate through this platform to grow together!
