Social media manager

I'm a course creator looking for someone to post content daily and grow my social media (Instagram +Facebook) following. It's specific to hairdressers, so I will be the brand voice and do the engaging and respond to any comments received. Tiktok would be great too. I've got tons of photos, some videos and a spreadsheet with topics. I'd like to budget monthly for this service vs by the hour.
