Social media manager

Located in Wisconsin, we are a small town real estate company. In order to stay relevant in our industry and the area we serve, we need to increase our brand awareness and maintain our social media platform. I require someone who can assist with maintaining our social media, be proactive and find other social media avenues we can take advantage of, create Facebook flyers and content for our listings/sales, etc. Would require just a few hours a week and looking for someone long term to assist with this. Can pay by the hour or a flat fee per week.
