Social media manager -- 3

I have an online kids store, I want someone who can take complete takeover of the digital marketing of same.
Below are the few tasks I would want them to do
1. Design and publish 2 posts a day on FB, Insta and Pin
2. Occasionally Run paid campaigns with tight budgets, so should have knowledge of running paid campaigns on sm and google after proper research and analysis.
4. Work on site SEO, although I have SEO done for the site, however I want someone to check same and make changes if required, to help my store to be on 1st page of google ranking, hence SEO experience is required for same.
5. Organically grow followers for Facebook and Instagram.

Apart from that, there might be little ad hocs tasks related to Social media and SEO.

I want someone with expertise in SEO, GMB, Increasing followers and paid ads.
