Social media management and advertising

I am looking to hire a freelancer to manage my company's social media account. It is a digital marketing agency, so looking for someone with prior experience.
Your responsibilities will include content creation, (this will be writing the copy etc, NO Design work), getting the posts made through the designer and then posting on our social media handles (Fb, Insta, LinkedIn and Twitter)
Looking for someone who can drive engagement and followers to the pages. If you can run ads, that would be great too because I am looking to start running ads as well for client acquisition.
Price and duration can be negotiated
