Social media management

Hello, I am having some troubles building my brand on social sites (instagram, facebook, tiktok, youtube) and I am looking for someone to manage them and help me get some more visits and most importantly sales. From the begining I would like to find somebody for a month and then if everything works out, we can negotiate some kind of a long term contract. I would like to pay monthly.
