Social media for 2 apartment communities

There are two apartment properties that need their Facebook and Instagram accounts set up and built for branding and retargeting. Will also need them managed for 1 year providing boosting of posts, scheduling, monthly monitoring and analytics for one year. (This may go on for more than a year but I am quoting the client an estimate for a year) Social media monitoring for comments and questions will be the responsibility of the property. The posts are already designed.

We also need a Google Ads campaign - these are brand new and we need to get awareness going. Will need A/B testing. The graphic design part is done. Ads will need a link to the websites which are already finished.

We would like to get these accounts set up by Tuesday 12/13 and the Google Ads running as soon as possible.
