Social media expert

I am looking for a social media expert who can help me promote my business on Facebook. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating promotional post and targeting a specific demographic.

We only need to post one post in a day in groups and I think it's takes 1hr in a day. It's a monthly basis job and long term project. If work is good then payment increases according to your work.
Budget is fix 125€ per month.
