The goal is to increase user engagement and grow our community by encouraging new users and employers to join the platform and participate in our weekly contests. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the contests through various online channels and platforms.
Contests Overview:
Weekly Cash Rewards - Users can earn money by referring friends to DevaHero.com. The top promoter each week will receive a cash reward. Further details can be found on the platform.
Contest 1 - Bring more devs to the platform: Promote the platform to developers and encourage them to create a profile, with a $50 reward for the top promoter each week.
Contest 2 - Bring employers to the platform: Encourage employers to create profiles and post job offers on DevaHero.com, with a $100 reward for the top promoter each week.
Contest 3 - Master Complainer: Encourage users to create and share videos where they rant and complain about DevaHero.com. The video with the highest number of likes each week will receive a $50 reward.
Responsibilities:
Promote DevaHero.com and its contests through various online channels, including social media, forums, and blog posts.
Engage with the target audience, respond to queries, and encourage participation in the contests.
Track and analyze promotional efforts and provide regular reports on the performance of each contest.
Ensure compliance with contest rules and guidelines.
Requirements:

Creativity and a flair for engaging with the target audience.
