Social media ads campaign set up

Hello,
Im looking for someone to help med SET UP and manage an entire social media ads campaign on several platforms.
I would like to set up ads at Google/YouTube and Facebook/IG,
and perhaps also TikTok. 




I have a free membership platform that I want to draw people into.

I want the campaign to run during December as I have a conversion event
(3 days challenge) happening inside the membership at 27-29 of December and want to capture leads / new members inside my membership before that.

2. What would it cost as a fixed price?
3. And how much ad spend do you recommend to use? 

I have minimal budget but would like to try an ads campaign.
