Social media(Instagram and Facebook)

I was advertising well before I reach ad limit which I set up manually, reached out to the Facebook support team, and resolved to open another ad account but right now having No permission message, unable to promote the post as everything stalls from the image attached. I just want to connect my Facebook page to my Instagram handle then be able to fund and advertise via both channels
