Social media and Instagram

I am looking for a social media manager to help me build engagement and community on Instagram. My primary goal is to create a strong connection with my followers and build a loyal community around my brand.

Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in social media management with a focus on community building and engagement
- Strong understanding of Instagram's algorithm and best practices for increasing engagement
- Ability to create and maintain consistent branding and theme across all social media channels
- Experience in creating diverse and engaging content
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with followers in a positive and engaging manner

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to build engagement and community on Instagram
- Create and curate high-quality content that aligns with our brand and consistent branding/theme
- Post new content on Instagram 2-3 times a week
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a positive and engaging manner
- Analyze and report on social media data and adjust strategy as needed
