Social Network Engagement and Optimization of Landing Page Conversions

We are trying to get people to join our new Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/reliablymepeeraccountability/
We currently have a landing page: https://reliablyme.com/find-your-new-years-resolution-buddy/
We are currently posting in various places on FB, LinkedIn and on Twitter with minimal engagement.
We are also successfully running Facebook Ads that are driving people to the landing page. However, people are not joining the FB group from the landing page.
We therefore need help with content and social network engagement.
Our objective is to have 100 members in our FB Group by the end of January.
