Social Media setup and connection

Hi there,

Please kindly assist with the following:
1. Having problems connecting my Facebook page with my instagram account
2. Facebook pages seem to be blocked for some odd reason

There are 2 instagram accounts and 2 facebook accounts that need to connect to each other.
