Social Media marketing

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my social media marketing campaign. I want the freelancer to utilise Facebook, and target a specific demographic. Specifically, I am looking to post twice per week, and need help creating content that resonates with this demographic and drives engagement. The campaign should also be closely monitored to track results, and provide data-driven insights on how we can achieve our desired goals.
