Social Media content creator/Manager

Hello there!
We are looking for a phenomenal marketing manager that would like to look after our platform.
Generally our posts would be at least 2 videos per week, which some will be sent to you from our team and possibly have you adding some editing such as writing, colours etc (whatever you think would work) and the rest posts and stories.
Also do you cover social media ads?
We are looking for someone for the long term. Initially we will go month to month basis.
The ideal marketing agent for us will:
- Create engaging content design, editing videos etc
- Schedule at least one post per day.
-Post daily to our platforms according to the pre-discussed target market and set milestone;
-Hashtags relevant to our target market;
- Engage and grow organic audience
- Manage social media ads : to convert sales and also to grow awareness
