Social Media Wizard Needed for Hard Rock Band

I'm seeking a passionate social media freelancer to help drive growth and engagement for a hard rock band online. We want to work face to face with someone in Melbourne, Australia.

GOAL:
Our goal is online growth, engagement and increased monthly listeners on Spotify and Youtube.

Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management plan
- Assist the team in creating a brand
- Create compelling content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Spotify) that resonates with our target audience and directs them to our online platforms such as Spotify.
- Analyze data to optimize our business strategy and improve engagement
- Monitor direct and indirect competitors in social media

Ideal Candidate:
- Has previous experience in social media marketing
- Has a passion for music
- Can tell a captivating story

Currently, we don't have specific data on what types of content resonate most with our audience, so a creative and flexible approach will be key.

We are looking for someone to assist for 3-6 months with the initial campaign and if there are proven results over time then this could be a permanent position. Final budget to be discussed and agreed upon.
