Social Media & Shopify Manager for New Clothing Brand - Long Term
Budget: £2 – £5 GBP
We are a new and emerging Pakistani clothing brand specializing in traditional and contemporary attire, hosted on Shopify. As we work to establish our brand presence and grow our customer base, we are looking for a talented and dedicated freelancer to help us with Social Media Management and Shopify Ecommerce Management on a long-term basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
✓ Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
✓ Create and manage engaging content (posts, reels, stories) that showcases our products and resonates with our target audience.
✓ Build a content calendar and ensure consistent posting to boost visibility and attract new followers.
✓ Monitor social media trends and competitors to keep our strategy fresh and effective.
✓ Interact with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
Shopify Ecommerce Management:
✓ Regularly update our Shopify store with new products, collections, and promotions.
Ensure all product descriptions, images, and SEO tags are accurate and optimized for search engines.
✓ Manage inventory, process orders, and provide monthly sales performance reports.
✓ Create and implement email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive online sales.
✓ Plan and execute website promotions and special offers to attract and retain customers.
Skills & Experience Required:
✓ Experience in social media management, particularly for new or small businesses.
Proficiency with Shopify, including product uploads, store management, and customer order processing.
✓ Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
✓ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
✓ Ability to create visually appealing content that aligns with our brand image.
✓ Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management.
✓ Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization.
✓ Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for fashion.
Preferred Qualifications:
✓ Previous experience working with fashion or clothing brands.
✓ Familiarity with Pakistani culture and fashion trends is a plus.
✓ Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) are an advantage.
