Social Media Marketing for Crypto and NFT
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
?Looking for a media buyer who has experience and/or interest in crypto/web3/NFTs ?
I’m hiring. Here’s a bit about the role:
I’m Stephen, and I’m the founder of a not-so-typical marketing agency called Scrypt. My background is pretty heavy, so I won’t go into all of it. But I’ve had my fair share of ups, downs and setbacks on my bumpy ride of starting a marketing agency that began when I was 17. I tried this niche, that niche, and despite various successes, I could never settle.
Reason why? I wasn’t passionate. I’m very driven, but I have to be passionate. And I just wasn’t. So that’s why I shut down my previous agency a few months ago to start a new one in the crypto space. It’s my hobby, and I wanted the challenge because few others are in the space.
I’ve had my fair share of media buyers let me down too. In my previous agency, it happened a lot and left me stranded. And since starting Scrypt, it’s happened again. That’s why I’m here.
About Scrypt
- My mission is to create the number one platform that all Crypto projects, blockchain businesses and NFT projects go to, to promote themselves.
- Digital marketing in the form of paid ads, and only paid ads, generating leads, sales, conversions etc on Facebook, Google, Twitter, Instagram and all those platforms.
- I’m young, but I’m ambitious. I fully intend to grow Scrypt into a major player in the Web3 space, developing similar projects for the future that any employee will be a part of.
What I’m looking for
- A media buyer/PPC specialist.
- Must have experience running campaigns on multiple platforms.
- Obviously Facebook and Google, but Twitter, Tiktok and Youtube is important too
- Must be a freelancer, with no intention to start an agency.
- Ideally experience running ads for crypto projects, but not mandatory. Obviously above the industry level experience running campaigns is required.
- Very good at responding.
- Commitment to the team if living somewhere with a substantial time difference to the UK (getting up early and staying late for various tasks)
- Willing to learn and grow at the same time as delivering.
- Standard media buyer tasks are expected such as market research, excellent copywriting skills, campaign creation, testing and optimisation.
- Being able to overcome certain barriers with FB and Google removing crypto-related ads is a huge bonus ?
The role
- Current part-time, with a view to becoming a full-time employee.
- Trust and autonomy to manage campaigns yourself.
- Weekly meetings to discuss the progress of campaigns
- Keeping on top of documenting daily metrics
Expect:
- Excellent company culture, catered round a family approach to our team.
- Superb and generous performance-incentivised rewards.
- A compassionate CEO, however extremely high standards, ensuring you will be pushed to your potential.
- Comes with a huge incentive to learn, grow, and be a part of a major project with huge future plans.
- Opportunity to manage campaigns for some of the best Web3 companies out there.
