Social Media Marketing Guru Wanted
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We are hiring a Social Media Marketing Contractor as a 1099 independent contractor for ongoing, milestone-based projects. You will help manage and grow multiple brands across Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok, Twitter (X), and Reddit, driving engagement, followers, and conversions.
All hours must be tracked using Freelancer’s time tracker, and collaboration will take place in our project management software. You will work directly with our internal marketing team but will not need to communicate with clients unless a screen share or clarification is required.
Responsibilities:
-Create and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms
-Schedule and publish high-quality, engaging content
-Optimize ads and posts for reach and performance
-Analyze insights, prepare performance reports, and make recommendations
-Collaborate with the internal team to align on strategy and deliverables
Ideal Candidate:
-Proven experience managing and growing accounts on Meta, TikTok, Twitter (X), and Reddit
-Skilled in both organic and paid strategies
-Strong creativity and analytical thinking
-Reliable, self-motivated, and responsive
-Comfortable working within structured systems and milestone tracking
