Social Media Marketing (Facebook)

I'm looking to launch a Facebook marketing campaign with the goal of driving website traffic. My target audience is middle-aged adults, and I'd like to focus on text-based posts to accomplish my objective. I need someone experienced in social media marketing with Facebook to create and implement an effective marketing campaign, and monitor and measure performance over time.
