Social Media Marketing

I'm looking for an experienced social media marketer to help me promote my company on various social media platforms. My target audience is young adults and I have accounts on all the main platforms - Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Your role will be to build a social media marketing strategy that will drive sustainable engagement and growth with our target audience. You will be responsible for managing and actively growing our social presence as well as creating content appropriate to the platform.
You'll need to be able to run A/B tests and analyze the performance of our campaigns, as well as monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews. You must be able to think critically and create strategies which will generate interest and leads.
To be considered for this role, you must have a demonstrated track-record of success in managing complex social media projects. You must have an excellent understanding of the different social media platforms and an eye for crafting great content. Some experience with marketing and analytics tools would be beneficial as well.
