Social Media Manager for home based coffee business

I am a small business owner of a home-based coffee shop. I need a social media manager to help build my brand for my targeted audience. I am a small team of 3 people and managing social medias have put quite a load on us. What I expect is to grow the brand in the online space and have an audience that is willing to come and buy my coffee. My main goal is to acquire a big enough audience to open a coffee shop that will drive sales on the daily.
