We are seeking a skilled and proactive Social Media Manager to embark on a long-term project to manage our Facebook and Instagram presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks aimed at increasing organic engagement, brand awareness, and followers on both platforms.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
Create and curate engaging content for daily posts on both Facebook and Instagram.
Craft compelling captions and use relevant hashtags to maximize organic reach.
Ensure content aligns with our brand voice and values.

Community Engagement:
Actively engage with users in relevant Facebook groups and Instagram communities.
Like, comment, and share posts from other users to foster a sense of community.
Respond to comments and messages on both platforms promptly and professionally.

Group Participation:
Identify and join relevant Facebook groups and Instagram communities within our niche.
Share our content and participate in discussions to increase organic visibility.
Foster relationships with group members to organically promote our brand.

Follower Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to organically increase followers on both Facebook and Instagram.
Utilize authentic engagement methods without relying on paid ads.

Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics on Facebook Insights and Instagram Insights.
Provide regular reports on organic engagement, reach, and follower growth for both platforms.

WhatsApp Community Management:

WhatsApp Community Establishment:
Establish and manage a WhatsApp community for our brand.
Create a welcoming environment and encourage active participation from community members.
Share updates, exclusive content, and engage in discussions to enhance the sense of community.

User Interaction on WhatsApp:
Respond to inquiries and messages from community members on the WhatsApp platform.
Share relevant updates, behind-the-scenes content, and exclusive offers to keep the community engaged.
Facilitate discussions, polls, and other interactive content to maintain an active and vibrant community.

Cross-Platform Integration:
Coordinate with Facebook and Instagram activities to ensure a cohesive brand presence across platforms.
Share highlights from the WhatsApp community on Facebook and Instagram to drive awareness and participation.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a focus on long-term, organic growth for Facebook and Instagram.
• Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram algorithms and best practices.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
• Familiarity with social media management tools.
• Experience in establishing and managing WhatsApp communities for brands.
• Ability to engage with users on the WhatsApp platform effectively.
• Creative approach to fostering a sense of community and interaction.
