Social Media Manager Needed

I'm in need of a social media manager to handle my accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.This is Airbnb properties and website promotion . payment on monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule engaging posts on Facebook and Instagram
- Run targeted ad campaigns on both platforms
- Engage with followers and manage comments/messages on Facebook (if you have experience with this, it's a bonus)
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses
- Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram algorithms and best practices
- Proficiency in running ad campaigns on both platforms
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
