Social Media Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

I own a family portrait business and looking to promote in our local area. Ive set up our FB and IG account and looking for someone to help me spend my sponsored link money sensibility. I'm aware on how to post with sponsored ads however im looking for someone who has experience is getting the best value out of ads.

Looking for examples of similar ads posted and stats received.
