Main Goals for Social Media Management:
- Generate leads and conversions

Type of Content to Focus on:
- User-generated content
-Manage Facebook Ads (present me with Marketing plan with budget and potential reach)

Frequency of Posts per Week:
- 3 posts
-1 instagram Reel per month

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in social media management and lead generation
- Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram platforms
- Ability to create engaging user-generated content
- Knowledge of best practices for driving conversions through social media
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
