Key Performance Areas:
- Create original content: design and schedule engaging posts to captivate young adults and parents.
- Community interaction: monitor, respond, and ignite conversations within our online communities to foster a positive audience engagement.
- Analytics & reporting: track key social media analytics on a monthly basis, leverage this data to optimize content reach and customer engagement.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience in creating engaging social media content.
- Proficient with Facebook & Instagram platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to translate these into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with targeting young adults and parents audiences.
