Social Media Lead Generator & Content Assistant and sourcing assistant

I run a Los Angeles–based event planning and balloon decoration studio. I am looking for a proactive remote assistant to handle social media outreach and product sourcing from China to help scale our operations.
What You’ll Do
Daily Outreach: Send 50–100 targeted, genuine DMs to prospects (primarily event planners and realtors) on Instagram and Facebook.
Lead Management: Log all leads in a Google Sheet and manage conversations until a booking is secured.
Content & Engagement: Schedule posts/reels, write engaging captions, and reply promptly to all inquiries.
China Sourcing: Act as a sourcing assistant to find, vet, and coordinate new products and specialized event services directly from suppliers in China.
Why It Matters
The goal is growth. Every interaction should move a prospect toward a booking, and every sourced product should enhance our "luxury unique" service offering.
Requirements & Tools
Experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, or Later.
Proven ability to find and communicate with Chinese suppliers.
Highly organized and able to maintain a lead tracker.
