I need a talented individual with experience in managing both Facebook and Instagram platforms for an existing business. The primary focus should be on:

- Creating and posting engaging content to appeal to our target audience.
- Running ad campaigns to drive lead generation and sales.

The end goal of these campaigns is to generate leads which can convert into sales for our business. It's excellent if you have prior experience in converting social media engagement into real-world sales.

Skills Needed:
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, specifically Facebook and Instagram
- Proven experience in running successful ad campaigns
- Ability to create impactful and engaging content
- Experience in lead generation via social media channels
