Social Media Expert - Instagram & Facebook Ads & Management / Hootsuite

We are looking for a freelancer that lives in Europe that can handle issues regarding ads on Instagram and Facebook ads. We have a successful Instagram account where we sell luxury goods with over 135k followers. Knowledge of Hootsuite is a plus, or how to connect our Instagram to Hootsuite. We are based in Milan, leaving nearby and coming to office every once in a while would be also very helpful.
