Social Media Engagement Assistant -- 2

We are looking for a social media engagement assistant. Please read the full project details before responding, generic proposals will not move forward. Someone that will identify, build and nurture relationships within Facebook and Instagram(primarily focus at the moment). Our business is US-based. We are looking to build a US client base. The ability to communicate fluently in English is required. A chat interview will be required. The job will pay a flat weekly rate. This is more than just posting. It requires engaging in comments and sending direct messages.

Responsibilities:
* Social media interactions that are engaging, responsive, responsible, surprising, and captivating.
* Overall social media engagement including liking posts and commenting.
* Write long- and short-form social media messages that attract new users and engage current users.
* Use data to analyze what’s working, what’s not, and reinforce or refocus key messages accordingly.
* Schedule post
* Management of company Facebook Group (following same social media engagement rules established)

Please answer these questions in your proposal:
1. What is the future of social media, in your opinion? What is the hot thing now?
2. If you produce a piece of content, what channels do you post it on and why? Are all channels created equal? Describe each (FB, Snapchat, IG, Other).
3. How do you track your impact on a social media channel (engagement and conversions)? Tools or spreadsheets?
4. How do you respond to negative comments or criticism on social media?
5. How do you plan/prioritize work tasks?
6. Will you provide an example of the weekly report you provide?
