Social Media Ads Creator (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube)

I run and manage business and ecommerce websites for some clients that i have.
Most of my clients have the need of running social media ads. Im looking for 1-3 experts that can help me create and run their campaigns and social media ads every month. They are small businesses, so they usually spent $100-$300 US Dollars a month on their ads. The common Ad objectives are send them to their website in the case of ecommerce site clients, or for business site clients the objective is to generate leads which means that we want the future prospect client to send us a text, fb messenger, email us, send an sms or call us to discuss more about what the business can offer them and if possible close a sale. But closing a sale is the job of my client, the website owner.
I need someone who can help me create and manage the ad campaigns. And make creative ad posts or ad images using photoshop or any other media design tool. I can do all of this, i know how to create campaigns, and run ads. I also know photoshop and have designed and created the ads for my clients. I've also created some business logos. I am a web/mobile/desktop apps developer and know some design principles. And i know basic marketing principles as well. Development, design and marketing are 3 things i love. So ill be of help to provide anything you need and help you to accomplish your tasks faster.
As my business is growing, even if i know how to do this, i cannot do all of this myself, so i need help.
Please let me know how much do you charge for creating and running my clients campaigns, and design or make creative ad posts. I have a lot of design creative templates you can use for Ad Posts, Story Ads, etc., and since i know and have created ads before, i can provide all the tools you will need to quickly create ads. You might also copy or re-use my ad campaigns.
Please let me know how much do you charge per client. And whats the maximum clients you can manage per month.
