Social Media Account Manager and Marketer Needed For A Long-term Project

We are an Australia-based marketing company searching for a Social Media Account Manager And Marketer to promote a start-up business to the next level.
This Project requires you to daily enhance brand awareness and reputation by managing Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube (shorts only) and TikTok accounts.
Based on your performance, we would consider allocating the more similar separate projects.

WHAT IS ANTICIPATED FROM YOU?
• Create brand awareness
• By adhering to social media best practice rules and regulations, implement and manage social media strategies for marketing to drive ‘social visits’ to the website through Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube (shorts only) and TikTok.
• Design and post quality content daily on all 5 social media platforms. (You are welcome to repurpose content)
• Identify, build, maintain and strengthen relationships with social media visitors.
• Contribute and communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Achieve or exceed social media KPIs noted below
• Managing overall brand mentions
• Measure the success of social media campaigns and report back to us
• Provide suggestions on content creation for the website (e.g. keywords for us to blog about)

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
Your success is measured by the following KPIs for the combination of all 5 platforms.
KPI 1 – Minimum of 350 new total followers (including subscribers), by the end of the first month.
KPI 2 – Minimum of 700 new total followers (including subscribers), by the end of the second month.
KPI 3 - Minimum of 1,400 new total followers (including subscribers), by the end of the third month.
KPI 4 - Minimum of 2,800 new total followers (including subscribers), by the end of the fourth month.
And, continue if we are satisfied with your work.

PAYMENTS
The payment for this Project is budgeted and NOT NEGOTIABLE. Please do not bid if you are not happy with the payment.
The payment is $90 per month for all the responsibilities noted under “What Is Anticipated From You?”.
Each Month’s Millstone Payment will be created on the first day of the project and released to you on the same day next month.
Every 6 months, we will increase your monthly payment by 15%, given we are happy about your performance.
