Social Media Account Creation and Management

I own a small seasonal store selling décor, costumes etc. for the different holidays. We are Halloween themed now and moving onto Christmas, Valentines Day, Easter later. I need someone to create social media accounts for the store and manage them with marketing purposes. I can provide photos and videos as needed.
