I'm seeking assistance to set up TikTok and Facebook ad accounts specifically for the Singapore market. The accounts need to be fully configured for immediate use.

Tasks include:
- Creating and setting up the accounts
- Preparing them for ad campaign use (billing, business info, etc.)
