Setting up a Facebook business manager / page without getting restricted

I am looking for an expert in digital marketing particularly in Facebook who can help set up my account effectively without encountering any restrictions.
In a nutshell, I want to set up a business page linked to my personal account while ensuring the set up conforms with Facebook's guidelines and policies to prevent any possible restrictions as I already got restricted twice!
