Seeking Facebook expert to recover old Facebook page that is still active and assist with removing bullying.

I was actually removed from Facebook for false claims and I had to start a new Facebook profile. When that happened I lost access to all of my page and groups. My main goal is to recover one page in particular or merge it with a new one. I don't know if this is possible. That page is still up and active. My admins cannot access it, so it seems no one has access to it.

I also would like assistance with reporting someone that threatened myself and my family (the same person that was capable of having my profile removed), his profile taken down, so he cannot harm others.

I will only pay when these jobs are accomplished or at least one of them, both are essential for me.
