Search for specialist for Facebook, Businessmanager, Pixel, restricted Account, shopify, facebook ads

I have a company and want connect shopify with a businessaccount. Two persons need access. We want to create pixels to make facebook ads. I have problem with restricted accounts. I can not connect shopify with facebook and I don't know how get my restricted account back.
