Scam Profile Removal on Facebook

An elderly family member was defrauded by two love "spell casters" in Nigeria. I have their profile information for their Facebook profiles (public figure, blog, business). I would like those pages to be reported by individual facebook accounts enough times to trigger Facebook to take down, content removal, deactivate their methods of finding customers through their business.

I'd like to ideally keep the project between $30 and $50 USD and see if that is enough to get them deplatformed.
