Gil Petersil, an international expert on business strategy, effective networking, is looking for an SMM MANAGER to manage social media channels (IG, FB and Linkedin, partly YouTube).
Gil’s mission is to train people and corporations to achieve any goal, building relationships on the basis of mutual value and benefit.
Our small but rapidly growing team of young and ambitious people is looking for an inspiring writer with excellent communication skills. Someone with an eye for latest trends. Someone who is comfortable with writing posts independently as well from the idea given to you by our Creative Brand Manager.
What to expect:
Working closely with Gil Petersil and Creative Brand Manager
Working in an international, young and friendly team
Developing in global minded, fun and multi project oriented business which is expanding
Join seminars in reference to startups, people motivation, strategic networking, creative sales
Responsibilities:
Daily management of Gil's social media channels (IG, FB, LI, YouTube, later Telegram).
Implementation and execution of the content plan;
Revise and improve current content strategy in accordance with the general business strategy;
Periodically conduct market research, competitor analysis and forecasting indicators;
Planning and management of advertising campaigns, measure the performance;
Weekly, monthly analytical reports on social media.
Requirements:
ENGLISH as native Language!
Proven work experience as a Social media manager for a coach/speaker/mentor will be a BIG plus.
Excellent copywriting skills and editing skills.
Photo editor skills and ability to deliver creative content (design templates, images, etc)
Experience in sales funnels will be a big plus.
Know the principles of advertising on social media. (targeting, retargeting, promotion posts, promotion videos)
Knowledge of e-mail marketing principles as a plus
Conditions:
Full time, Monday-Friday, 9-17 Moscow time
Remote work with an international team (Bali, Russia, Singapore, Kazakhstan and others)
3-month probation period
